Concerning the disclosure regulations of beneficial shareholders in public companies, we will establish a joint research system with university researchers in each country on the company laws and capital market laws of the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, which are ahead of Japan, and aim to make legislative proposals for disclosure regulations that are suitable for Japan. At the same time, consider two-way resolution of issues with each country.
